FAQ • I’m in need of your services, how do I get started? o Send me a message with your script. o Add any details such as deadline, rewrites, usage, and size. o Include budget, timeline to complete, and amount of files needed. o Give any upcoming times for a phone or zoom call. • How do I pay for your services? o Paypal, check by mail (pre-work), Venmo, or Zelle. o You will receive a custom invoice for the work. • Do you include pickups, revisions, or retakes? o Yes, it’s important that you get your project done perfectly. o 2 Pickup Rounds are Included. (up to 1 page depending on scope of project) o Pickup Rounds must be used within 2 months of hiring. • Do you give custom auditions? o Yes, absolutely. Once specs for the job are recieved, I can give you a custom audition. o I will record portions of the script itself, giving you the sense of the sound. • When can I expect the files delivered? o Average turnaround is 4-6 hours depending on size and need. o Speed turnarounds of 1-3 hours are available if requested. • Do you offer directed sessions? o Yes, depending on budget/size of job, a directed session is definitely available. o During the session, clients can have multiple people on a zoom/google meet call. o Clients can listen in and direct full sessions to ensure exactly what they need. • How do you quote your services? o Size of Script o Usage: Will it be broadcast on TV or Radio?
